The service and products purchased from Rooms To Go have been extremely disappointing in terms of durability. Over the past three years, we have purchased three mattresses from them and three of them developed significant sagging issues within a year. Initially we assumed the problem was due to purchasing lower-priced mattresses (first 2 years). However, last year we invested over $3,000 in a premium mattress, only to see it develop more than 3 inches of sagging within a year. That experience made us realize the issue is with product quality rather than price. Unfortunately, regardless of how much you spend the quality has been consistently poor, resulting in products that do not hold up over time.
