wrong item, can't fix - supposedly
We ordered the insert with red brick background, it arrived with gray background, not very attractive. We were told that the red brick one would fit our furniture, now they say it won't fit, but yet, maintain they can put in the correct one. She said definitely we could get that red brick. I am going to take a tape measure and find out for myself. Original unit swapped out due to scratches visible on the front. plus bad bare wood showing.
