Strong plywood slats with metal support bar. 15"" guardrails provide sleep security for top bunk. 5"" thick top bunk mattress recommended. Maximum 8"" thick mattress for best fit and safety. Assembled bunk bed measures: 78.5""L x 43.5""W x 63.25""H. Underbed height is 37.75"". Designed to accommodate a standard low profile mattresses (sold separately). Slat roll included. Box spring and/or bunkie board not required. Ships in one box with instructions and hardware included. Customer assembly is required.
