Michael Miller at Rooms To Go (Melbourne, FL) was absolutely the easiest transaction my wife and I have done. He was very nice, not pushy, didn’t rush us or pressure us into anything. If you are looking for a great salesman, Michael is the way to go!

Delivery was never on time had to switch my schedule at work and have somebody there all morning so that I could be there for the allotted time between 10:00 and 2:00 they text me at 1:25 told me they're 8 minutes away had to leave a little after 2 for work, was standing in my driveway they never showed up dispatch called said there not on time, told them I had to go back to work, never showed up they told me they would have the driver call me and meet me after his next two stops cuz I would be home within the hour, they never called so I called customer service back, they told me they were emailing dispatch and having them come because I let her know if I didn't get the furniture that day I was going to have to cancel, I had to have somebody come over in the morning and help me remove all the furniture from the room and all the Christmas trees and lights and everything we had in that room so they could put the furniture in without breaking anything, they never call me back on Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday or Monday. I finally called them back and let them know the situation and the inconvenience and I had to change my schedule at work and they never showed up or even called me, I said I wanted to cancel the order unless they make this right some how, told me the manager is at the bank and he will call me when he gets in and they will compensate something, of course I never got a call back. Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. I get a call from customer service saying beings that they have odd day deliveries there's nothing they could do and they basically don't care of all the things I had to go through because things happen on the road even though they text me they were 8 minutes away at 1:25 and didn't show up, when I had to go back to work, after I had to go to my boss and ask him to take a late lunch. I had to get somebody back at my house to help me put all the furniture back and had to put all my Christmas tree and everything back cuz it was in the way. Shows rooms to go could care less about there word or there customers, salesmen even acted like he didn't care if we bought the $4000 couch cause they doing half a million in sales that day cause black Friday. Worst part about it is we picked a whole bedroom set and bed that same day, we were going back after Christmas to purchase. It would have been well over $10,000 I was spending at that store but I canceled everything, will never shop at Rooms To Go again.
