In bought a piece of furniture for my daughter. The price was awesome and the salesman, Joseph Steele, was even better. I did have a glitch with the warehouse at pick up time but the store manager, once she became aware of my complaint, called me directly and we talked it through. She had already addressed my glitch with three different people in the process and I feel secure that the glitch will not happen in the future. The store manager listened well and solved my issue immediately. I am now happy with my complete experience. If you need furniture in the area, Room to Go Outlet is the place to shop!
